Firstly, we are based in Kent and only provide our services in Kent. Being local and in touch with our customers is very important to us.
Kent Home Care began in 2006 as an additional service to our community home care service which operated in East Kent since 1994. In 2014 Kent Home Care Limited was created as a sole Live in Care company.

We keep things as simple as possible and focus on quality outcomes of our customers by delivering outcome based care and support for our customers.
We recruit and train all of our own Live in Carer’s to ensure standards of care are high and that the Live in Carer’s are supported through continual support and on the job training, which provides them with the ongoing skills and knowledge to meet the changing needs of our customers.
There is no large corporate head office, no different departments for you to speak to you, get straight through to the person you need to speak to.
Our offices are based in Canterbury, which places us pretty central in Kent ensuring that we are always within an hours travel maximum of all of our customers.
