Your Kent Home Care carer will discuss a weekly menu with you and then create a shopping list should any items be required.
This simple and basic shopping visit ensures that our customers get out and about and continue to remain as independent as possible despite their needs for a care and support package.
With an accredited list of approved companies which offer services in Kent, our customers never need to worry about finding an honest and good service. When it comes to property maintenance, we have a list of local companies and persons which have specifically offered services to older persons and hold preferential rates for our Kent Home Care customers. So not only do you receive a high quality service from a trusted source, but also receive an excellent rate too. Services we currently provide through this scheme include plumbers, window cleaners, gardeners, electricians and gas engineers.
Quite often other services may be involved in the provision of an effective care and support solution for our customers. As we are local we have built up a good rapport with local assistance providers which include doctors surgeries, district nurses and primary care trusts – all of whom contribute to the support element of enabling our customers stay at home.
Alongside these, we also hold a list of approved private health care assistance operators. These include chiropodists, dentists, home hairdressers etc.
