Continuity of Live in Care and Support
Kent Home Care provide the same Live in Carers to our customers
As Kent Home Care is a care provider, we employ all of carers directly.
This ensures that they experience the correct working conditions and also ensure enables us to offer them full time positions.
The majority of our Live in Care & Support packages are provided by 2 to 3 carers who would work between 1 and 3 weeks at a time.
In most cases the care service is provided by two carers, with the third merely being introduced to the customer, just in case of sickness or holiday cover for one of their main carer’s.
This provides a good continuity of care in the Live in Care service we provide, thus promoting the establishment of a good rapport, trust and happy customer to carer relationship.
