Timeline for Live in Care Services

When you contact Kent Home Care wither by telephone on 01227 788 700 or through our contact us form, you will asked some basic questions about the type of care / support solution you are looking for and to who it is for. We will then ask for your e-mail address or postal address which will allow us to forward to you more relevant information about the services you are enquiring about.

 

Forward to all parties

Once you have received the information, which is normally within 24 hours, we suggest you forward the information to all those involved in choosing the provider for your care and support package. This way , you will be able to discuss the proposed solution and jointly be able to return any questions collectively to us. Should you need additional hard copies of our information or copies in large print or an alternative language, we will happily provide them to you.

Arrange a no obligation assessment- can be arrange within 3 to 5 days

In order for Kent Home Care to be able to provide you with an accurate care and support plan, we need to complete an assessment. This involves organising a mutually convenient time to meet with one of our care consultants who will take you through the assessment form.

This form enables us build a tailored care and support plan for you and also provide you with a firm quote for your Kent Home Care live in care and support solution. Your personal care and support plan along with your quote for the live in care and support solution will be forwarded to you within several days of the meeting. During the meeting we never ask you sign any contracts or pressure you in to signing up to our service. The document we would ask you to initial is our assessment form.
